We will start from here, in mount position. I am here. I have to get both of my hands under his arms. Okay, connect my hands. After you do this, slide your knee on top of his head, blocking his arm. Okay, now: my other leg is straight, and then turn my foot outside from here, to get S-mount. Now, hug his arm, put my other hand on the mat, and use my shin against his head. After all of this, I get the submission. Okay, one more time. I am here, with both arms under, connecting my hands. After you do this, I slide my knee against his head, blocking his arm. Now, I use my other leg to bend, and sit on his chest — very important. After you do this, I need to hug his arm, my shin against his head, and I get the submission. Now, second. I need to get double underhooks and get palm-to-palm. Now slide my knee on top of his head, bend my leg, and sit on his chest. Now, my partner hugs my hip like that. Lift the shoulder up, and watch what I do here. I need to pass my leg over his head, and go to the omoplata. Now, bend my legs outside. I can make a seatbelt grip, lift my hips, and get the submission. I am here in mount. I get double underhooks and go palm-to-palm. After I do this, I need to slide my knee on top of his head. Now stretch my other leg, and bend my foot outside. After I do this, my partner may hug my hip and lift shoulder up, to release the pressure. After that, pass the leg over his head, and sit on the mat. Now, bend legs outside, lift my hips, sometimes I can make seatbelt grip, and get the submission. Now, we get palm-to-palm, with the double underhooks. After this, I slide my knee on top of his head, now stretch other leg, and sit on his chest to s-mount. Now, my partner defends his arms — protecting himself. When my partner does this, I have to switch. Switch, and go to the other side. I put my knees on the mat, bending the other leg. Now, this arm is free. I put my shin against his face, and I go to the armbar. I got my double underhooks, palm-to-palm. Okay, I slide my knee on top of his head. My other leg stretches, and I go to S-mount. Now my partner defends the arm. I need to attack this arm, now. This arm pass over. Now, I need to switch, so I put my knees on the mat and go to the other side. Switch to this side, hug this arm, shin against the face, and go to the armbar. Sometimes you get here, same thing with double underhooks. I slide my knee on top of his head, stretch leg, and get S-mount. Okay now, my partner tries to defend. Watch what I do here. I need to put this knee on the mat, and step with my other leg. Like that. After I do this, I need to sit on the chest. Lock and go for the triangle. Squeeze, or I can pull guard… and I got the submission. One more time. Again, I got double underhooks. Now I go to one side, sliding my knee on top of his head. Now my other leg stretches, and I go to S-mount. Sometimes my partner puts their arm under, to try to escape. So watch what I need to do. I need to switch. I put this (right) knee on the mat, and step with my other leg. Okay, when I step with my other leg, my calf passes behind his neck. After this, I put my hand on the mat, lock my legs, and sometimes I can submit from here… Or I pull guard. Pull guard, close knees together, pressure on the head, and I’ll get the submission.
