Before the training it’s important to stretch your muscles… by doing this we can prevent getting injured. As you can hear everyone needs to be silent now, otherwise the coach will be mad. The warming up is finished now… Next up is the combinations practice with an opponent. In this exercise we are going to focus mainly on technique. I’m going to gear up now and I’ll see you soon. I am going to repeat this for 2 more rounds. After that I will do some technical sparring for 5 rounds. I filled this jug with Essential Amino Stack… I drink it to recover during my training so I can prepare for the sparring. Today I did 5 rounds of technical sparring, I do this every Monday. Tomorrow it’s much more intense… On Tuesday I do 10-12 rounds of sparring on competition level… Sometimes there are knockouts so tomorrow is way more powerful… Today there is more focus on technique to become more sharp.
